Sustainable reinstatement of kitchen appliances: a claim for a fridge freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer or dishwasher, will be met by the offer of a replacement which is A rated for energy-efficiency. Such a replacement electrical kitchen appliance could save up to 140 KG of CO2 each year2.

- Sustainable total rebuild: if a property is damaged severely and a total rebuild is necessary, properties will be rebuilt in line with the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) 4.
